Here are some of my favourite resources that I think every developer should bookmark
Undraw
Undraw is already pretty well known and would be considered a fan favourite, but there are still many developers who haven’t heard of it yet.
It is an open-source illustration website, where you get a vast majority of different varied types of illustrations available as SVG or PNG files for your projects.
What I really like is the scope and quality of these images, as well as the sheer amount of images available. Not to mention, it’s 100% free with no sign-up required.
Coolors
Having a colour palette is crucial for web design and development. But if you’re anything like me, choosing a colour scheme that actually looks good to the end user may be a challenge that can take up a big chunk of time. Thankfully we live in the golden age of information and resources to make our jobs easier.
Coolors is relatively simple to use — just browse the available colour palettes, choose one, and copy their respective hex codes.

Finding FREE stock photos can be a real challenge at times. And by free i don’t mean free to download, but also free to use for commercial purposes without the risk of violating copyright laws.
Pexels offers a massive selection of free stock photos for us developers to use. The photos are supplied mostly by smaller independent photographers, who you can support by donating after downloading your image — but it’s not necessary at all.
LogoMakr
LogoMakr is an online logo design tool. Users can create highly customised logos in just a few minutes. Alternatively, users can select and adjust a template to their liking. LogoMakr offers free and paid plans. However, the free option includes only a PNG file that may not be used commercially. I personally use LogoMakr all the time for personal projects that need a “dummy” logo.
These are all free resources that I use on an almost daily basis to increase my productivity and aid my workflow.
